Description
Decided to make M16 and SG552 opposite gameplaywise. SG552 is good for gauntlet events.

Vertical punch 1.2 -> 1.35
Spread per shot 0.75 -> 0.5
Min ducking spread 0.05 -> 0.2
Min standing spread 0.4 -> 0.7
Max movement spread 5 -> 2.5
Reload duration ? -> 2.5 I don't know the original number, but it seems faster
Damage 33 -> 37
Range modifier 0.97 -> 0.9
Cycle time 0.0825 -> 0.075
Clip size 50 -> 30
