Description
I always felt like SCAR was too OP: insane accuracy, high damage, biggest mag. So now it's not that godlike.

Spread per shot 0.6 -> 0.8
Min ducking spread 0.05 -> 0.2
Min standing spread 0.35 -> 0.5
Min in air spread 1.25 -> 0 why? and why not?
Max movement spread 4 -> 5
Damage 44 -> 36
Cycle time 0.07 -> 0.065
Clip size 60 -> 30
