Increase Region TownCap +3

Description
Increases the Maximum Towns a Region can support by 3.

This mod can be stacked with the other two Increase Region TownCap mods:
Increase Region TownCap +1
Increase Region TownCap +2

This allows the Maximum Towns a Region can support to be increased from between 1 to 6.

I would love this but tied to the technologies instead of just +6 towns right out the gate xD worried the AI will just spam towns

It’s global, so it affects both AI and human players.
