Even Darker Starbound

Description
This one is specifically for the horror games fans out there.

Makes starbound even more darker than my other version.

Tested with 830 mods (including FU)
Works with Tanz lighting Overhaul, but it will make the game extra dark

If you actually plan on using this, then i would recomend installing handheld torches.

To be fair, even i though it was too dark, but maybe someone will like this as it does indeed look interesting to walk around in the complete dark with a torch (except if youre using tanz lighting i guess)

no issues with tanz lighting, besides diminishing light sources to the point of all light except projectiles being useless (including MM scan)
