Darker Starbound

Description
Makes lighting in starbound darker, works with Tanz lighting Overhaul, but it will be extra dark.
Tested with 830 mods (including FU).

So i was messing around with the lighting config and got some quite interesting results that i just had to share.

amazing stuff! makes starbound much more atmospheric and immersive when paired with Tanz Lighting Overhaul, a must have for immersion
