Childhood Category (DEVELOPMENT CEASED)

This adds a childhood category that contains the very few childhood items in Biotech and mods.

Yeah. I'm not gonna lie, I kinda made this one to round out the category list and for the hope that other modders make childhood related mods later on.

- Enhanced Vat Learning
- Tribal Crib
- Use Drag-Sorting to move anything else I didn't include.

- Architect Icons, has its own icon
- All of Vanilla Expanded
- Anything in my modpack
- Should work well with most other stuff too
