Water slowdown remover + Faster crouch walking

Description
Buffs the survivors crouching speed to 210, the same as their default walking speed. If you crouch whilst moving through water, the slowdown penalty will be removed.

default walking speed, you mean when you hold shift right? Not default running speed?

the water slowdown only works if you crouch: the crouch speed buff counters the water speed penalty

You go same speed crouching with less health
Even with red health you can go sonic mode

well, going faster while crouching is intentional, its in the title. Moving faster while at low health, im not sure how that can be avoided
