Virtually Infinite Domain Fix

Description
Temporary fix until the real mod gets updated
Nothing else has been changed so switching the mods out for each other should not cause issues.

Special thanks to David for providing German localisation.

Due to demand the additional men at arms feature has been migrated to its own mod, if you want the feature use the mod below instead.

This fix doesn't seem to work, even after reinstalling the mod unfortunatly

The update is live, it should work with nomads now, I only did about 20 minutes of testing so there might be issues in the game.
Also i can not seem to find the modifiers for the Conqueror trait in the files to update it so if one of you knows where it is please let me know.
