Once that update patch finish installing, subscribed blueprints should be availlable in your game.
You still need its technologies unlocked, and availlable cost ressources.
I am not 100% satisfied with aft section, but I still liked how it ended up kinda sleek wihtout being "too" hollow.
The vents in the aft were "mostly" to hide the void around engines single root hex rather than cooling. SO the ship kinda waste potiential for esthetism. (I really don't like how the game limit us to build around those big engines).
And the column of reactors is still a bit disturbing to my eyes.
