Description
EU40k is a total conversion mod set in the universe of Warhammer 40k. Set in the 42nd Millenium at the advent of the Indomitus Crusade, almost every named planet in the setting has been represented in-game!

Features:
- A completely new map with over 3200 new provinces and hundreds of new countries. Almost every planet and major faction in the 40k universe is represented!
- Mission trees for the Imperium of Man, Hive Worlds, Genestealers, and Ultramar
- A reworked Empire of China system for the Imperium
- Over 200 new units spread among 10 new tech groups
- New mercenary companies (now renamed Elite Units)
- New holy orders
- New diplomatic actions
- Reworked ages with unique splendor abilities
- New factions
- New special units
- New idea groups
- New government mechanics and reforms
- New religions
- New great projects
- New government mechanics
- New religious mechanics
- New terrain types

*Most event, mechanic, and mission content is limited to the Imperium at the moment.

Newest Changes (6/28) include:
Changes:
- New Diplomatic Action (Declare Head of Mechanicus)
- The Nachmund Gauntlet now functions as a canal. Crossing it is now only possible through the associated great project.
- New subject type (Contained Power)
- The Tyranids now have access to artillery
- Tech has been decoupled from Institutions and now functions similarly to the base game
- New decision (Settle the Jericho Maw Gate)
- About 50 new provinces in Mars, the Sanguinary Worlds, and the Salient Stars
- A new musical score for the Mechanicum composed by Archotechna
- 8 new musical tracks and a new main theme composed by Domains of Ambience[domainsofambience.bandcamp.com]

Bug Fixes/Tweaks:
- Siezing Estate land now works
- The bug which previously caused unpredictable CTDs has now been fixed!

So the Chaos Warbands can recruit Space Marines but Traiter Astartes as a culture does not count towards its limit you have to go and get regular astartes culture planets to be able to recruit space marines. Is that able to be fixed or is a simple limitation by how the game mechanics work since its based off the Manchu banner system and I dont think that has more than 1 culture to pull troops from

Just wanted to say many thanks for next update! However, I'm a bit confused by the number of changes in the Empire missions without descriptions or effects. It's a little hard to figure out what's going on. It almost looks like you might have accidentally included a file showing a ton of upcoming changes, but without all the details filled in yet.

This is just a friendly heads-up, in case it was indeed a happy accident! ;-)
