Hydroid - VIPER Submersible ROV Module for the Kingfisher

Description
This combines two great creations; the Hydroid - VIPER Light Intervention Class ROV and the Kingfisher Attachment Template. Credit to Ancient Pottery and Figaro 45 for the VIPER and Celthios for the Kingfisher and Kingfisher Attachment Template. Much thanks to all three of these excellent Stormworks creators. They did almost all of the work for this.

This Swiss Army knife of an ROV comes equipped with a welding tool, end effector, mag all, and electrical connector on its manipulator arms. Perfect for underwater repairs. The automatic huge winch allows for up to 600m of travel and its small size is ideal for getting into tight spaces. The ROV control station is in an enclosed room with air supplied by the Kingfisher and an automatic bilge pump. However, the middle area where the Kingfisher's ramp extends is exposed to the external elements (air, water, or space) so dress appropriately before exiting the Kingfisher. The bottom hatch allows for egress while submerged but will lie on the ground while landed.

The module will fit with the Kingfisher's landing gear extended but IT MUST BE SPAWNED OVER WATER at a harbor workbench. The VIPER needs to spawn in upright, so upon spawning in the davit is set to automatically catch the ROV and then retract. It needs some space below to do that safely. This module can be spawned separately or you can add it as a sub-assembly just below the Kingfisher and spawn them in together. There are 4 rope anchors on the module that align with small winches on the underside of the Kingfisher to facilitate connecting the two. You can use the rope logic tool to connect them before spawning, go for a quick dive to connect them by hand, or If that sounds too easy you can always put the Kingfisher into dive mode and hone your submersible maneuvering skills as you nudge it into position to connect. If you choose to connect them by hand, I recommend bringing the remote control with you so you can winch the module into place while you're down there. The module's main connector is enabled by default, but the Kingfisher's is not. Regardless of which method you choose to connect the module you'll need to press the button to enable the Kingfisher's main attachment connector after spawning it in.

1x1 Monitor Buttons:
DAVIT: Extends/Retracts the Viper's mount. This button has 3 colors to indicate the status of the davit. Black when secured for travel, green when secured for ROV operations, and red when the davit is in transition.
RELEASE: Releases the Viper from the mount. The Viper will not reconnect while this is toggled on.
S.LIGHTS: Spotlights on the underside of the module
LCK HTCH: Locks the diving hatch on the underside of the module. The hatch is unlocked by default and locked while this is toggled on.

Recommended Operating Procedure:
1. Enter the Kingfisher's lower airlock. Flip switch to override the ramp lock and extend the ramp.
2. Enter the control station and take the control handle.
3. Flip the two electrical breakers on the left side to give the control station and winch power.
4. Use the 1x1 monitor on the right side to extend the davit. Wait until button turns green to indicate that it is secured for operations.
5. Use the 1x1 monitor to release the VIPER.
6. Check the VIPER's depth and adjust the depth hold appropriately.
7. Turn the key on the right side to activate the VIPER and take control.

I used Amateur's 1x1 8 button monitor MC since it's included in the Kingfisher Attachment Template but ended up heavily modifying it to suit the needs of this creation. Amateur's original MC: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2575879861

I also incorporated Archimaede's Smaller text and numbers LUA: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2249936556

bjaebjoch, this is awesome! It makes me think that I should put a docking hatch on the lower door so you could make air tight creations like this with a compartment.

I did get the arm stuck in transition once, but I fixed it by just dropping the ROV and picking it back up again! Overall works well and the VIPER is super cool!

Thanks so much for using the Kingfisher and for using the template. I am super grateful that you put in your own time and effort to building this, and to be the first one to build an attachment for the Kingfisher (as far as I know)!
