Description
The Ripsaw M5 is a car-sized unmanned tank armed with a 30x173mm cannon and a top mounted M2 machine gun. It is much less armored than a proper main battle tank, able to stop up to 12.7mm AP rounds, but is comparably much smaller and maneuverable. Of course, its largest benefit is that it doesn't need any crew, allowing your colonists to safely sit and watch as the giant robot tank kills for them. Its highly advanced and sophisticated AI navigation systems make it very expensive to produce, though.

Note: Currently uses Chemfuel for fuel. Once Vehicle Framework resolves recharging issues with electric vehicles, this will be properly set to using electric power.

- XM813 chain gun
Caliber: 30x173mm

- M2 Browning machine gun
Caliber: .50 BMG

Crew:
- None (Fully autonomous)

Stats:
- 9.6 c/s movement speed
- 910kg cargo capacity
- 100 fuel capacity, 20 fuel consumption rate (Temporary values, will change once electric vehicles are fixed)

Future Plans (Upgrades?):
- Since this vehicle can already single-handedly wipe out most threats, I currently don't have an interest in implementing upgrades for it, at least until raiders can get vehicles of their own.

Combat Extended Compatible?
Hell yeah it is.

May I make a suggestion?
I'm currently overbooked on vehicles at the moment, but feel free to ask if a certain vehicle is something I'd be interested in adding.

Otherwise this tank is really gorgeous, I just wish the base RimWorld game could support vehicles better...

@GrahammerTek I wish there was a way to convince the game that the tank itself somehow counted as a pawn so you dont have to keep another pawn separate from the tank, either traveling by foot or in another vehicle to leave and enter maps with it... I have had several occasions in the past where I accidentally sent it to leave a map by itself and the tank just poofs out of existence...

@lolmanor - Looks like Vehicle Framework changed the way vehicle caravans work in 1.6. Previously it would let you bring along an autonomous vehicle in a caravan if you had at least one pawn to go with it, seems that has been broken now. I'll tell the dev about it.

For some reason I can't put any pawns into the vehicle. But it works as an autonomous drone. Can't get it to work in a caravan (cause you can't assign anyone to the vehicle, as it has no passenger/crew slots).

I'm running a ton of mods on my end. Is this problem happening to just me?

I have Vehicle Framework loaded and the GTek F-150 mod works just fine.

Since this has been updated does that mean that the Navistar and the Oshkosh aren't far behind. love these vehicles btw keep up the good work
