Invasion

Description
This mod improves the late game of Craft The World, it solves the repetitiveness of the late game Monster portal spawns.
And it adds 2 new world types focussed around monsters.

The monster portal now has a lot more variety in monsters, and bosses can now also spawn.
There are also custom structures, custom monsters and custom bosses.
The ancient world(a new planet) has a different requirement for beating the level, because you have to defeat 6 super strong bosses that require the new end-game armor & weapons.

  • Additional underground structures with interesting scenery
  • The Ancient world adds a custom world with lots of cool structures, and you have to defeat 6 new bosses to complete the level!

Notes:
  • This mod doesn't have support for the DLC that add custom worlds(except the 4 Elements dlc)
  • This mod probably is'nt compatible with other mods, because it changes so many things.
  • This mod can be played in multiplayer with the Dig with Friends DLC

WARNING FOR INVASION DLC!
If you want to have the best experience in the Ancient World, I would recommend not calling the aliens to your world, because they could destroy a special structure that will make it impossible to complete the world.

The custom worlds should always be playable, but I meant that all dlc that add a custom world(for example, wonderwood or dark elf fortress) no custom content gets added

There are also 2 dlc that you need to play the mod: Dig with Friends and Monsters & Bosses
If you enable them it should work

Unfortunately the DLC hasn't been released yet and the update only gives support for it. I'd think the DLC should be out real soon though.

Hello and welcome back thx for keeping this mod alive :-) i have a question under notes you mentioned the dlc that add costume worlds what dlc is that i try to find it but i thought costume world was an update not an dlc :-? currently struggling to get the mod working

I have fixed the guardian bug.
Sorry that I was gone for a while, I was busy with other things.

As an answer to NANO-XD:
I'm pretty sure that's just the game being buggy

As an answer to Targaryen:
It's possible, but it depents, do you want the custom worlds too? Because those also have custom bosses

And to Pharcyde: I hope you're having fun playing the mod! :D

Finally finished the campaign and don't have to worry about portal pieces in custom games. Much more fun with this mod. I still need to check out the invasion world.

I don’t know if it’s intentional or not but on the map invasion more each attack I always have zombies and skeletons appearing directly in my shelter.
As the dwarves are busy with the wave of enemies, most of the time when they kill the intruders, they've already done some damage.

The only solution I've found that limits things is to place coins in the staircases, but it's not aesthetically pleasing.
