R-29V

Description
R-29 is a heavyweight transport ship. While not terribly well armed against Europa's underwater denizens, it has been retrofitted with two powerful electric discharge coils. Original design by rav2n.

Simplified by LeDough Dockyards 'R-29V': Double hulls & clutter reduced, bow reworked, moved medbay & added medfab, drainage partially improved, hatch depth fixed, circuit box for door logic, 1 discharge coil moved to rear & power draw nerfed (was low v/s Vanilla), double bunks, loose panels & more!

no clue if its just a me problem but some of the rooms have oxygen low even with the oxygen generator working
