Bill Doors' CE Range Shrinker

Description
This mod is intended for those who wanted to play small maps but troubled by long weapon range in CE.

Automatically adjusted ranges will now be rounded to 1 decimal.

This mod does:
-Automatically shrink or expand weapon range to approach a center value, 35 by default.
-Extensive mod setting with most variables adjustable with sliders.
-Blacklist weapons via mod setting so they remain unchanged.
-Manual override of weapon range.
-Changes done to unloaded mods are preserved.
-Change weapon range while a save is running! Just remember to press manual apply before closing mod setting.
-Should be mid-save safe.
-Minimal range are lerped based on relation between original max range and changed max range.
-Underbarrel range are affected.

This mod doesn't:
-Fiddle with weapon which doesn't use CE verb.

I wanted to use this alongside the dynamic range mod but it seems that the dynamic range mod is looking at a different range parameter than your mod. Which one is this mod changing specifically? Thank you!
