ANZ Almighty Stellarborn

Description
New Difficulty for Stellarborn
Go to SBTG Settings and select the Almighty difficulty or the mod will remain inactive.

Started as a meme mod for masochists but evolved to being lot more serious.
You will die unless you have very op mods or are an extremely good player.

Barely be capable of winning with just ACOT (if you want brain damage).
Bonus difficulties are available if you contact them (to be reworked, not well designed).

  • Absurdly Powerful (Deathwish won’t even come close).
  • Will unseal the outer gates themselves at 2500.
  • Extremely Aggressive, all AI empires will be erased within first 2 years.
  • Includes custom AI tactics to counter attack players.
  • Can escalates in difficulty and upgrade their ships.
  • Use Flowing Light ship sections & components for almost everything.
  • Provide much more light matter than normal Stellarborn difficulties.

DISCLAIMER: This versions is not yet tested with a full play through, expect rebalancing soon.

@Jill, it'll be updated when SBTG gets Updated.

is this playable on 4.0 or will it be updated to 4.0?

Possibly, I'll have a look at it later maybe even implement a new event to release anything that got accidental ownership after winning.

The starbase did get deleted when I tried that event, but you can't build anything in the systems used to be occupied by Stellarborne, hovering over the star would simply tell you the system is owned by "Almighty Stellarborne", if this mod only touches the expansion then the issue is likely the nature of Stellarborn's country_type interacting with the expansion caused unintended bugs.

The issue seems to be from SBTG or another submod which modifies it. The only part almighty touch is the expansion, which is disabled after winning the crisis. Despawning everything is done by the main mod not here.

Checking the code there is an event that deletes everything they have (including starbases) when you win but idk why that might not fire. Don't have the time to test it right now.

Another issue I found from the occupied territory, when I got the digsite from Paluush in Giga, there was an event supposed to establish an outpost for the player's empire in the said system to excavate the site, however the outpost was not built and the system is still under the control of Stellarborne (unless the Blokkat went in there and destroyed the system for the ownership to be renounced).

No, the occupied territory remained as it is after they were defeated.

Did they keep expanding with starbases after failing to despawn them?

As for the Divine Spirit, I worded it wrong, like their transport ships popped out after the Stellarborne erased the Outer Cluster (refusing the deal), and the Stellarborn still retained the control of occupied territory in spite of the lack of starbase. So I used command to destroy the remaining transport ships to see what happened, which only made the border gone but the occupied territory is still controlled by Stellarborne.

That's my major grip on the mod, the galaxy is still lost even when I fought and won normally.

The escalation is working and within the bound of expectation, but I thought the serious option would be like the Stellarborne spawned several Herculeans on the Outer Cluster and switched to their variation of warships (Nova Bender, Sunrinder, etc) instead of being annoyingly spammy.

I used the Annihilus Bombardment on the Worldsphere and somehow that destroyed the Worldspheres around Challenger of Destiny, because a mechanic I recalled about the Stellarborne is the more Worldspheres are active, the more ships they will send out so I simply did it the normal way.

Of course I fought the Arkship normally and won (refusing the offer because accepting the deal would the game when you ascended to be a Champion). But even when accepting the deal, I only got to control the Outer Cluster, the galaxy remained to be occupied by Stellarborne even without starbase.
