5x5 Tower v2 15 Garrison Full Banner Coverage

This is an updated version of my original 5x5 tower with rooms at 2 meters, 6 meters, and 10 meters.

This version uses some banner tricks I've learned to cover all spots in the tower with the banner buffs.

The material cost of this tower has been significantly reduced from v1.

The only sacrifice I had to make was to reduce the number of lookout spots in the tower by 2, but the buffs from the banners should more then compensate for a slightly smaller garrison amount.
