Personally I think Jaguar Strength is the biggest issue: 2 days just is not that long of a cooldown, and 2 hours is longer than needed for most raids/events. I becomes especially strong with better melee weapons (uranium maces, bioferite swords, etc). IMO I think it would be fairer to have a longer cooldown (e.g. 4 or even 6 days), or have less effect, or have more of a metabolic cost.
I can't see the first of those two comments I'm afraid, looks like it's gotten stuck in awaiting-analysis.
