Noche's Silent Shadow Status Tweaks

Description
Removes the negative armor debuff inherent to Silent Shadows, and also removes their extra special burning status vulnerability. You're still weak to fire I'm pretty sure, fire resist augments just actually work now.

Because I was getting sick of being twoshotted by Pyromantles.

Let me know if there are any issues. I tested this before uploading, so it should work, but maybe something slipped by me. Almost definitely doesn't work with FU.
