Bigger molotovs

Description
Molotovs can now spread over a much larger area, covering 50% more ground than before. The area will also remain hot for several seconds after the fire burns out, and will still cause damage.

Will probably require sv_cheats 1 to be enabled, and it may cause some unintended issues with spitter goo.
