L4D2 is 32-bit, and we're assuming the Incap counter is a 32-bit value which means it can be set anywhere from -2,147,483,648 to 2,147,483,647
So one of two things:
1: However many 9s that Gee typed in would overflow and underflow to a rediculously high number
2: The game corrects the value to be exactly 2,147,483,647
Idk how to read L4D2's coding so it is what it is
