Archers are more useful and deadly now.

AI archers will not run when you get close to them so no more chasing after those annoying archers.

AI archers will tend to hide and ambush you more often in dense forests etc so be on the alert at all times.

If the AI has Shield Wall or Shield Castle ability then they will tend to use them more often especially the generals.

Abilities like Shield Castle / Shield Wall etc are now more useful against archers. Use these abilities to take cover from incoming volley of arrows. These abilities have been tweaked to have more impact during battle. You will notice the effect.

Use the loose spacing ability to take less casualty from incoming archery fire when attacking ranged units.

You must plan your attacks more carefully or your units will be shredded by the archers.

This mod is compatible with other mods.
This mod is not compatible with mods that modifies the vanilla archer Units, projectile scripts and rules.

This mod heavily relies on my Deadly Battles Mod. You can subscribe to this mod only and the game will run fine but I would recommend running both the mods together to get the best possible experience.

By only subscribing to this mod, you will only get the increased archer damage instead off all the features.
