Battles are more deadly now and you will see lots of heads rolling and units getting slaughtered during a battle. Every battle will be epic and remembered.

Casualties would be very high after the battle is over, especially for the loosing side.

Barbarians are crazy now !!! they don't care if they die, for they live and breath to raid, f**k and die in battle. They will fight to the death most of the time and will literally enter rage mode and get out of control during battle.

You should avoid charging Barbarian head on or you will sustain heavy losses.

Civilized empires like Rome etc are more organised and will fight extremely well in a battle formations. You can create your own epic battle formations or look at some of the formation from the epic series like Game Of Thrones or Spartacus etc.

Fight in formation, don't break the line, being flanked is deadly now.

You will observe lots of push and pulls during fights between the units and a loosing unit could sometimes emerge out victorious even if it looks like that the unit is going to loose.

AI archers will not run when you get close to them so no more chasing after those annoying archers.

If the AI has shield wall or defensive testudo ability then they will tend to use them more often especially the generals.

Abilities like Shield wall/defensive testudo etc have been tweaked to have more impact during battle. You will see the effect.

This mod is compatible with other mods.

Just wanna say, either this mod, or the deadly archers mod, bugs up unit formations when you place them somewhere. I try to drag out my lines or create formations, but when I click, the units are placed in another direction where I've placed them. Hope you can fix this!

@thesundownRider. If a mods has its own custom units then no, it will not work with that mod.

if i fight a battle against enemy units they just suddenly run away from battle(not routing) but just run back a few 20 meters orso....they seem to lack some kind off aggression or something...it makes the battle a bit to easy... for example;

when i attack a town and blow out the gate you expect that the enemy would focus on the defense at the gate....this happens a little bit, but when they fight for some time at the entrance they just run back or the run from one side to another wich leaves the way wide open....this is something that has to be changed if its possible..

i dont know if you still work on this mod but i you dont then please tell me where in the KV-Rules i can change this behaviour... or if its not KV-rules then where??
