Please note that the API for Repentance+ is currently broken, and not all mods will work with the newly updated version. This mod, however, is unaffected, and a version compatible with Repentance+ is available (refer to the above link).



The Binding of Isaac: Jackbirth is a mod that replaces characters, items, enemies, bosses, floors, music, and more with Jackbox-related content.

This mod contains content from all 10 Jackbox Party Packs, the Naughty Pack, standalone titles, older You Don't Know Jack titles, and other content related to Jackbox.

As new packs and games from Jackbox are released, this mod will be updated with more content from any new games that are released. We are always open to any suggestions you may have, whether they be from new or older games.

Some characters may start with different or additional starting items.

If you would like to know what a re-skinned item is before picking it up, we recommend installing External Item Descriptions



If you turn off the mod, you may notice that some visuals, such as tarot card reskins, will still be in use even after it's disabled. This can be fixed by simply closing and reopening the game.

This mod is incompatible with any mods that change any xml files that were edited in this mod. Refer to your mods folder to see which xml files were modified.

This is a Repentance only mod. You must own all DLCs for this game in order to install and play it.
