Description

This mod displays detailed information about all items, trinkets, cards, runes and pills DIRECTLY onto your screen. Say goodbye to your browser tab with platinumgod or the wiki open ;)

The Steam-Workshop version of this mod is compatible with Afterbirth+, Repentance, Repentogon and Repentance+. There are also versions for Rebirth or Afterbirth[github.com], as well as Epic Games, GoG and other sources[github.com].

  • Compatible with Afterbirth+, Repentance and Repentogon
  • Displays information for all collectibles, trinkets, cards, runes, pills, horsepills and some rooms
  • Displays additional information like item type, charges, transformations, Spindown Dice results, Bag of Crafting recipes, TMTRAINER item effects (Detailed informations require REPENTOGON installed!), and much much more!

Press F2 to hide/show the descriptions!



Supported Languages:
Chinese, Czech, Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Brazilian-Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Turkish, Ukrainian, Vietnamese

To change the language, just edit the "Language" setting in the configuration. We recommend to install 'Mod Config Menu Pure' to easily change the configuration ingame.


For Steam users, simply press the "Subscribe" button on the mod's Steam Workshop page. This will automatically install the mod for you.
For manual mod installation, read this tutorial "How to install the mod[github.com]"

If you have problems installing use the Interactive FAQ[wofsauge.github.io].

Simply install 'Mod Config Menu Pure'. You can use it to configure the mod while playing.

Alternatively, edit the `eid_config.lua` file like described here[github.com]


There are multiple Versions of the mod, depending on which DLCs you have installed.
You are currently looking at the version for Afterbirth+ and Repentance.

If the mod isng visible in the mods menu, then it wasnt installed properly. maybe try out this interactive FAQ to fix common issues: https://wofsauge.github.io/IsaacDocs/rep/faq/interactive_FAQ.html

@Scouting Milkman: That option is enabled on default, so you should be able to see the informations, as long as you are playing "The Lost". If you dont see it, maybe try to force steam to install the latest version of the mod like this:
1. Unsubscribe from the mod.
2. Start the game and go into the main menu (this will uninstall the mod properly)
3. Close the game
4. Subscribe to the mod (this will install the mod again)
5. Start the game and see if that fixed the issue

I see in LazyMattmans' Videos, his stuff will say "Does not effect lost" Or things of that nature. How do I get that on my game as well? It seems very useful but I dont see settings for it at all. I am lost. Thanks!

For me its the same, the mod its turned on but then in game doesn't work, doesn't show anything, AND it doesn't appear in the CONFIG MENU PURE

everytime i boot up a new run it doesnt work, anyone have any idea why? I have it turned on and even just tried to reinstall it

parasitoid says it's overridden by mom's knife on rep+ even though rep+ changed that

The following error is being output in the console when playing this mod with the "Mastema" character and upon starting a run:

"PreUse Item" failed: ...xternal item descriptions_
836319872/features/eid_api lua:2294: The parameter
is not an user data!

This did not happen previously btw.
