Features:
- Medkits, Oxygen, and strobe lights
- Emergency Water Pump
- Strobe lights on exterior
- Airlock
- Heaters
- Able to be re-charged externally

Docking Procedure:
- Attach ropes from the boat docking mechanism to the attachment
- Using the docking mechanism, raise and move the attachment over the boat
- Lower the attachment onto the boat, and connect the attachment with the magnets
- Disconnect the ropes*
- Raise the docking mechanism

*This is to ensure that in a emergency and in a rush, ropes don't need to be detached, and the entire bunker can be detached with only the magnets. However, the magnets will detach in the event of a power loss.
