As for attrubute insanity, infinite combat. no chest spawns after all enemies are dead. undead servents replaces enemies when they die with a % chance
Loot from other mods should appear yeah, unless they completely replace treasure tables or add new ones, in which case a manual patch would be needed.
As for Divinity Unleashed, I didn't test it, but I would assume partial compatibility. This means some features are likely to work and some not. Total conversion mods usually require some extra work to be fully compatible with custom campaigns.
Can loot show up as rewards from other mods?, items and gear from Crafting Overhaul or Unique Loot Drops for example
