Fallout 2 - Frank Horrigan Draconic Base VoiceSet

For those unfamiliar with “VoiceSets,” they are akin to the widely recognized TFA VOX, yet offer a more flexible framework and a system that’s simpler to configure.

To utilize these VoiceSets, open the Draconic Menu via the context menu, navigate to the “Extra” tab, choose a voice, and select “Apply Changes.” The VoiceSet prompt can be accessed by pressing your context menu key. Use the numbers 1-9 to activate the corresponding lines, or employ a key to highlight an item. This menu will automatically close after 5 seconds of inactivity or if you press your context menu key once more.
