The Draconic Base is a development framework for the content creators of Garry's Mod. It delivers many new modular systems, a lightweight but feature-rich weapon base, and extends greatly upon the game's playermodel customization.

Before asking or claiming things like that. You should try disabling all your addons and trying specific ones on their own. And this is for all the addons you tend to comment things like that on.

I'm not sure if it's this mod, but if I press C i get some weird menu, and when I shoot and reload I hear a roaring sound, not sure if it's this.

If you have other mods installed which modify the player footstep hook you're likely to run into that

Idk if its just my game but whenever i equip footsteps from the drc menu i still hear vanilla footsteps mixed with the footsteps from drc

Oh, understandable.
That's fine.

I looked into it once and opted against it. My reasoning being is that TFA VOX just isn't designed to work as a selectable system. To make it do such requires overriding the TFA VOX on a playermodel-level, and would not be selectable per-player. For instance such a thing would never work in a multiplayer setting if people want different VOX profiles when using the same playermodel. The way VOX works on a core level just wouldn't let me get around this, and I don't want to risk breaking others' code if a system of mine would have the potential to cause issues.

In a future update, will you add support for TFA-VOX voices like the enhanced playermodel selector where it haves the feature to set to a playermodel a different VOX pack?

Well I observed this Perfopus addon for like 30-40 minutes. Mostly it is that "Draconic Hud" thing is at the top of the list indicating it tanked my game more than other addons in the pic I showed u. Idk why it takes so much RAM considering I don't even see the Hud appearing on my screen when playing this game.

I mean, how long was this polled for? I only have to ask because I've already seen users running that for several minutes at a time to achieve skewed results as a means of trash talking addons. Measuring performance isn't a consistent science and it's best to have several short samples as things can vary depending on how the game is running. (I.e. microstutters in the system can artificially extend the compute time recorded, as will a framerate below the tickrate)

To clarify I'm not saying there isn't something I can probably optimize within there, I just think it's important to make it clear that lua profilers can sometimes give the wrong idea when used incorrectly.
