Add extra Research points and stages to Dynamic Conquest.

The Mod has stopped working all together for me as of a few days ago, when i try to load mod for dynamic campaigns it loads 10 research points no matter what i do and increased stages are not changed at all and set to the default :steamfacepalm:

Having a issue with the increase in the stage cap doesn't work for the 4th stage, ends up limiting that stage to 19 points. Running it with MACE and loading this mod last.

30 is more than enough for the start. If you want play top tier units in first mission just find in workshop mod for 999 rp at start.
