[SBY Addon] Ship Class OverhaulとNSCの互換性を確保します。
また、艦船のタレット数を増量して各NSC艦船クラスの戦力と同程度にします。



Make [SBY Addon] Ship Class Overhaul compatible with NSC.
In addition, the number of turrets on the ships will be increased to bring the strength of each NSC ship class to the same level.
