Soul Gem Diffuser

Description
This mod adds a special Dwemer Gem diffuser located at Azura's shrine. Using this you can compress empty soul gems into one larger Soul Gem. With the appropriate perks you can even create Black Soul Gems.

Yes, I am sure there are quite a few mods like this around. However i havent found one that is both balanced, and did not include a bunch of fluff i was not intrested in.

Details:
Starting with petty you will require 3 petty gems to create 1 lesser Gem
This continues all the way up to Grand.
To make the black soul gems, you will need to have 4 perks: Arcane Blacksmith, Soul Squeezer, Soul Siphon, and Corpus Enchanter. Grand to Black is a 1 to 1 conversion.

Compadibility:
This mod should work with any version of the game, any DLC any other mods. I highly doubt it can or will conflict with anything.

Future updates:
I am thinking of adding some sort of useless clutter found around the world and in general stores to use in the creation of black soul gems to give it a bit more flavor. maybe even require nirnroot to go from greater to grand as well.

This sounds amazing! One day, if you could have the fragments be able to be fused back together, it would rock even more!

If i change anything it will likely be added locations and possibly hearthfire support to build a diffuser in your house.

rabid pikachu... we went over this already... those fragments are not unique therefore not worth cluttering the menu with 125 possible combinations. espicially with some fragments being more rare than others..

you guys know how sometimes you find "soul gem fragments" or what ever, what if you could add it so if you have 5 or so of tem, you can mae a petty soul gem? eh? idias?!?!
