'92 and '99 KI5's Ford Police Interceptor RCMP Skin

Description
RCMP reskin of KI5's '92 CVPI and '99 CVPI

This adds a new skin rotation for the KI5's '92 and '92 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor to include a Royal Canadian Mounted Police skin.

Ensure you enable both Mod ID for both vehicles.

This mod does not replace the original skins, but adds a RCMP skin to each.

Real nice! Small town I grew up in the RCMP used the older 99 and 04 Crown Vic's up to around 2012, so saw them around a lot. Can't wait to get in and find one of them, Thanks :)

Be nice to see a similar skin for the '99 vic, but looks good on the '92 vic
