'92 Ford CVPI Toronto Police MTPS/TPS, and OPP Skin

Description
Toronto Police reskin of KI5's '92 CVPI
This mod replaces the textures on KI5's 1992 Crown Victoria with Toronto Police (circa 92-98), OPP (Ontario Provincial Police) and RCMP skins. Completely replaces police models to the above.

Includes 12 different designations for Toronto Police (53 Division, and 2 Traffic Unit S cars), and skins for OPP and RCMP. Traffic cars are stealth cars (marked, black).
