Felt like the exosuit was slow as balls and too weak considering its a final skill tree talent and is literally nuclear powered.

Increased speed slightly on land and a lot more in water, adds a sound effect as if a scooter has been inserted somewhere. It is also far superior in defensive stats to truly reflect that you're wearing a gigantic hunk of metal.

Some may call this copium I call it balance.

Same changes apply to the clownsuit.

Also includes a sick paintjob as the mechanic gods intended.
