Dead's Chaos Dual Warriors SFO Submod

Description
Made these units have comparable stats to Khorne dual axe infantry for SFO. Missing marks of khorne and other goodies. Should behave near the same level. Big changes include a new attribute table, using the forsaken attribute table instead of making a new one as I couldn't the resistance tables and chaotic crusade trait meaning that they also get rampage as a downside. Unit size increased by 10. Animations sped up slightly as they were losing pretty hard in tests.
