[LYN] VFES Rocket Turret Restoration

Description
Just adds back the Rocket Turret from Vanilla Furniture Expanded: Security. The data is already in the mod, I just copied it to the new version.

Obviously, you still need VFE: Security. All credits to the VE team.

not fixed at all, that bug it's still there, atleast for me

The turret is shooting missiles out it's side for me, like the sprite for the weapon is rotated 90 degrees from how it should be.
