Shigans (Sergals)

Crudely adapted from Mick Ono's Vilous, and a pre-existing race mod. Basically a sergal ripoff.
Pawnkind Race Diversification or other such mod required to make these guys actually appear, as they don't have a custom faction.
...It's somewhat complicated.

Shigans are average-sized humanoids, vaguely shark-based, furry, small-armed but large-legged with powerful tails, with extremely bulky upwards-slanted muzzles supported by a thick neck.
Built for speed and agility required to avoid dangerous predators, they are fragile and weak unarmed. They're not that smart either...
Eyes on the side of the head are the sign of a survivor, not a hunter. They can perform quite well on the rimworlds...
