Gigastructures Simultaneous Build Patch (3.9)

Description
This is a patch for the Gigastructural Engineering & More 3.9 mod allowing players to build multiple of the same megastructure at the same time without causing the AI to spam level 0 megastructures.

3.5 version: Gigastructures Simultaneous Build Patch 3.5
3.6 version: Gigastructures Simultaneous Build Patch 3.6
3.7 version: Gigastructures Simultaneous Build Patch 3.7
3.8 version: Gigastructures Simultaneous Build Patch 3.8
3.10 version: Gigastructures Simultaneous Build Patch 3.10
Current version: Gigastructures Simultaneous Build Patch

IMPORTANT:
This must be below Gigastructures in load order in order for it to function

I will not really have time to do so until this weekend due to my finals being right now. If you use the 3.10 version, it should mostly work though there might be a few differences from how it should function.

could you update this to 3.11 perchance, me and my friend updated recently and loved this mod, we would love to have this on our playthroughs going forward
