Gigastructures Simultaneous Build Patch (3.7)

This is a patch for the Gigastructural Engineering & More 3.7 mod allowing players to build multiple of the same megastructure at the same time without causing the AI to spam level 0 megastructures.

IMPORTANT:
This must be below Gigastructures in load order in order for it to function
