Description
The IEC Paracleus Mobile Salvaging Base is a planetary exploration and salvaging vehicle. Built with an advanced suspension system the Paracleus is capable of consistent and safe speeds of 180 km/h and is built with an easy to use, replicate, and robust suspension system. This allows the Paracleus to travel nearly anywhere with safe piloting practices. The Paracleus comes complete with everything needed for salvaging, including an automated lift, grinding pit, grinding turret, a spacious vehicle bay equipped with docking plates, a moderately sized flight deck, refueling arm, and more.

General Info:
============

1 o2/h2 generators
1 automated grinding pit
1 dual grinding turret

Uses scripts (Must have in game scripts enabled in order to drive)
Survival ready

Notes for driving:
==============
With a simplified drive system, there is no need for a complicated instruction to get driving. Although the Paracleus is able to travel in speeds greater than 180 km/h, its not able to brake on a dime. Care should be taken when traveling at high speeds to watch for obstacles you may collide with.

If I'm not mistaken, I utilized timers and sensors into this build. So it could be a timer issue. But describing that the tool arm is also tells me it could be that Keen changed the "share inertia tension" option on hinges, pistons, and rotors as an experimental option. If you've started a new world recently, as in after the last major update, you could been running into the issue of the inertia tension turned off. I use it a lot when I build cranes and lifts to create stability. This can also create problems with the lift not lifting or rotating correctly. Sometimes you have to push the torque into the unsafe zone a tiny bit to get them to move right, which I also believe is a setting in the world options now. I would check to see if the world settings have these options turned off. Let me know what you find and I can diagnose it further.

I do think the timing on the salvage crane may need a rework, it keeps dropping before tilting the salvage to the grinder, and even if it did, the magnet doesn't rotate far enough back to even get it in the grinder, it only does a half flip. also the tool arm control is super wobbly for me, not sure if it's user error or not though.

Other than those two things i love it, the suspension is such a work of art.

that would require using it :D (haven't had a chance of getting it produced yet, just finished phasing out the Mk I Excelcius)

Lol Well I'm glad you like it. :) Let me know if there are any more upgrades you think off.

ok, this is definitely getting used a ton, I'll add shields to it so it can survive salvaging downed enemy drones/fighters/ships, but it's gonna be left the way it is aside from that :D
