Description
Borzoi is a brave experiment in naval architecture and a friend of small crews. Initially designed as an Attack class submarine, heavily armed for its size, Borzoi's creators later attempted to boost its speed with a second engine. As a result, not all of Borzoi's systems can be run in parallel and the burden of managing power distribution falls on the submarine's crew.

Use the "REDIRECT POWER" button on the navigation terminal to switch between two modes, either sending power to the lower engine or allowing supercapacitors in the gunnery to recharge.

The Vanilla+ sub modlist is awesome. Really like the power redirect on this one.

Great sub. Looks really strong at first, but put it in context and the drawbacks become quickly apparent. Promotes a lot of coordination in the crew, tons of fun problem-solving.

Our group really likes the balance and "quirks" of the vanilla subs, and yours match the vibe perfectly. Hope to continue to see more. :lunar2019piginablanket:

Adoring this sub in our multiplayer game, feels absolutely perfect for 4-5 people, and it's lovely to have a ship that feels wonderfully tuned to have actual downsides, also the double engines vs guns redirect is a great thing to have baked into a ship without having to change it up yourself, super fun ship.

I think it's more of a matter of Gale being kinda underpowered and strange. Borzoi is good, but the gunnery is also exposed to all attacks from the top. Most T2s in the base game are safer. Also, T2.5 is a weird concept, since nobody switches from one T2 to another.

this thing hits way too hard for what it is, what happens when you downgrade a sub lol.
This is a tier 2.5 at best.
How is the gale 14k when this is 12k?
