Description
This patch attempts to stop citybound planets from spawning naturally. Terraformer can still be used.



Currently not functional due to patching other mods not working. Please provide feedback.

The fix may be as simple as a _metadata edit. Add an "includes" line that points to the Citybound mod.

"includes" : ["kitsunerace"],

for example.

I know. I am not sure why but trying to patch other mods doesn't seem to work for me.

This mod doesn't seem to work. Populated planets still spawn.
