Description
Changes Cardboard material ID to 10099
(have registered it on Starbounder[starbounder.org], so no conflict in the future).
It was overlapping with an other mod's reserved range.


Do keep in mind that if you already built stuff with cardboard without the patch, previously-placed-down cardboard will likely turn to dirt.
