they sort of do the same thing. The difficulty options increase by percentage how much each vein on the ground has, my mod increases the min and max of each vein on the ground.

if a vein normally has 100 resource and you increase the difficulty options to 200% the Vein now has 200.

my mod changes the vein to 1000 and adding the difficulty options on top of that can increase it to 2000.

I hope this helps but I'm not great at explaining things, also it is possible the mod no longer works if the devs changed anything in an update of bug fix.

Can you please explain how does this differ from the in-game custom difficulty option where we can increase how much volume the resources have?
I tried a new survival map with 500% resource multiplier and this x10 resource vein mod but i am not sure what has changed if anything.

I likely wont since 10X is already a massive increase but if you just want to copy my files and add a 0 for all the resources min and max that's fine. Should at least help with the file pathing

So i'm giving up trying to do this myself because I can't make heads or tails of wtf I'm supposed to be doing with these mod tools lol
But any chance for maybe a 100x version for the sake of it? lol

Well that went way faster then I thought. Should be up and working now, I removed the dlc's from this mod and made them their own mod but you should be able to play survival now.

I'll take a look later today, I'm in the middle of updating/Creating a bunch of mods for DLC3. I'll post here when I update this

Its survival i'm trying it in and I've tried it with and without the mod and its not having an effect.

I don't think this is working any more. I have the 3 DLC.

Should be fixed now, I have also added the 2 DLC's. Thanks for pointing this out.
