Opportunity Strikes (Opportunist rework)

Description
Every character (player or enemy) can perform attacks of opportunity if they have a melee weapon.
Player characters with the Opportunist talent now gain several additional bonuses, including multiple attacks and free attacks on incapacitated enemies.

Norbyte's Script Extender[github.com] is required.

Pairs well with Close Quarters Penalty.

PREREQUISITES
Norbyte's Script Extender[github.com]
⟶ Extract the DXGI.dll file to the same directory as EoCApp.exe for DefEd, and you're done.
airi_VANGUARD
⟶ Required for functionality, icon etc.

DETAILS
OPPORTUNIST TALENT BONUSES:
• Multiple attacks of opportunity each turn (each one after the first costs 1AP).
• Free attack against enemies that become incapacitated within melee range.
• 20% damage to all off-turn attacks (which would include counterattacks).
• Attacks of opportunity are guaranteed to flank.

NOTES
• Attacks of opportunity are still limited to one per target per turn. The free swings on incapacitated enemies don't count, however.
• The swings on incapacitated enemies DO count toward the AP loss effect, however.
• Staves and daggers count as melee weapons.
• The attack range of daggers is so short that enemy assassins are unlikely to threaten you, and your own assassins may want to hug your target. I may extend the range check for player daggers specifically in the future.
• Position checking occurs roughly every 0.5m of travel, as well as when performing an action, so there might be a bit of stickiness when it comes to the extra attacks being performed—don't be surprised if your opportunists take a couple steps before swinging at their target.

COMPATIBILITY
✅For Odinblade's Necromancer Overhaul: Transfixed is included as an "incapacitating" status.
✅For Divinity Unleashed: I've made their versions of Stunned and Frozen count as incapacitating statuses. Their versions of Knocked Down and Transfixed do not.
✅For Divinity Conflux: Permafrost and Frightful Presence are included in the list of incapacitating statuses.

ADDITIONAL CREDITS
• Xorn - I got the idea for the free attacks against incapacitated targets from Divinity Conflux.

I realize nearly every D:OS2 modder have moved on to BG3 and other ventures, so when something genuinely innovative like this pops up it's a pretty grand surprise. I've been looking for a Pathfinder-like opportunity attack system like this, so I will be trying out immediately.
