Description: Cure zombie infection by eating Plonkies.

We DON'T guarantee updates!

Features:
  • Cures zombie virus, but doesn't remove bites, lacerations, or scratches.
  • Plonkies are a vanilla item that spawn normally.

Important Notes:
  • May not work with other food-altering mods.
  • Might not function properly if your language isn't set to English.

Compatibility:
  • Works with 41.78.16 and Unstable 42.11.0.

It doesn't do anything with plonkie spawning, I feel like B42 I've seen less plonkies so they made have changed plonkie spawning. Plonkie is a default item with default spawnrates. I've had most luck finding them usually at pharmacy and gas stations. We are glad you like the mod! :)

this mod is great, ive extended runs that wouldve only lasted about 2 days to whole weeks! ty for this mod. i do have a question though does this mod make plonkies more rare than usual? because i got bit in my last run in louisville and searched most of the cities stores and found not one single plonkie. it could just be my horrendous luck idk.

Eating Plonkies will only remove zombie virus. You still need to wait for your bite to heal

hm... it was day 2 of my infection... i just got bitten again and i ate a plonkie right away - does the bitten stay on the character and they just don't get infected?

If you have any other mods which changes eating or foods in any way, it might not work. Other thing might be language. If you don't have English language in Zomboid and Plonkies name is different in that language, mod might not work. I'm pretty sure it uses item name rather than item ID. Can't remember anymore. Lastly. You might get queasy from some other thing. Maybe you don't have zombie virus but something else. We haven't tested/used this mod in quite a long time so don't really know if things work or not.
