###Nitro opponents career option is available in the game since 2024-04-28 update.
This item could be still useful for non nitro in-progress careers, though.

All opponents get nitro.

So how do you activate it? I downloaded this file and installed it with the Workshop installer, but it didn't have any effect.

0 MB is fine, as this is just a switch for the "Cars' Spawn Stuff" item, that has all the content.
