Foreign Recruitment III [Beta]

Description
This is a dynamic addition that redefines your campaign experience. In a world where alliances and conquests shape the fate of empires, this mod introduces a fresh layer of complexity and immersion.

KEY FEATURES
Recruit Units from Conquered Factions: With "Foreign Recruitment III," every conquest becomes an opportunity. Upon capturing settlements or provinces belonging to other factions, you gain access to a selection of their unique units. This feature adds a new strategic dimension, allowing you to bolster your armies with diverse and exotic forces.

FACTION DIVERSITY
Embrace the cultural diversity of the Warhammer world. As your empire expands, you'll have the chance to command units from a wide array of factions. Will you harness the mystical power of the High Elves or bolster your ranks with the ferocious units of Greenskins? The choice is yours.

TACTICAL DEPTH
Adapt your armies to the challenges of each campaign. Whether you're waging war on the frigid tundras of Norsca or seeking the aid of Bretonnian knights, the ability to recruit foreign units adds a strategic layer that keeps your campaigns fresh and engaging.

BALANCE AND COMPATIBILITY
"Foreign Recruitment III" is designed with balance in mind, but ensuring that foreign units/armies are all balanced with vanilla is nearly impossible. Steep building costs and public order penalties are meant to help balance but of course this mod will always be OP if you abuse it. The mod is also compatible with other popular mods, allowing you to tailor your gameplay experience to your preferences.

IMMERSIVE LORE
Immerse yourself in the rich lore of the Warhammer universe. Experience the thrill of commanding legendary units and witnessing epic clashes between the armies of different races.

THE RUINOUS POWERS (WIP)
Unlock a darker path with "The Ruinous Powers" feature. In exchange for tapping into the malevolent forces of Chaos, you can recruit their nightmarish units to your armies. (I'm still working on the negative building effects) However, be prepared to face dire consequences, as embracing Chaos comes at a price. Negative building effects, rebellions, and chaos corruption may plague your domains. Will you bend to the will of Chaos to gain its twisted power, or resist its seductive call to maintain the stability of your empire?

Be sure to report bugs and suggestions below. It is nearly impossible to fully bug test this mod on my own and so I have labeled it as a beta. Unsure about building times and costs so feel free to share what you think would provide a more balanced game.

There is a problem with recruiting... When you update the building (in my case wood elfs) you lost ability to recruit units from firs lvl of that building. Did you know you must set recruting for all levels of building, from firs to last ?
