Description
A suggested patch that was made to fix consistency issues between some weapons. Full list of changes:

* Fixed Demoman's swords, Soldier's pickaxes and the Batsaber not using correct crit swing sounds
* Fixed drawing sound being played twice for some weapons
* All-class melee weapons now use the same sounds for each class (no more glass breaking sounds when hitting a wall with Freedom Staff as Demoman)
* Apoco-Fists now use the same sounds as as KGB/GRU.
* Vita-Saw now uses the same sounds as the Übersaw
* Enabled "fancy class select animations" for the Force-A-Nature (consistency with Soda Popper) and botkiller Stickybomb Launchers
* Updated backpack sounds for Jag, Persian Persuader and Market Gardener.
* Fixed Boston Basher using KGB/GRU swinging sounds
* Homewrecker, Powerjack and Maul now use Machete/Wrench player hit sounds
* Fixed Reserve Shooter using Scattergun world reload sounds
